With the help of  World Gourmet Summit restaurant partners MONTI at 1-Pavillion, Shabestan Finest Persian Cuisine, Bar-Roque Grill and Restaurant JAG, celebrate the wonders of a different meat in the cuisine and culinary style of the different restaurants and culinary chefs like Chef Felix Chong, Chef Hany Moustafa, Chef Stephane Istel and Chef Jeremy Gillon! All meats are provided by Huber's Butchery, the one stop shop for all your gourmet meat needs
