WGS Goes Local Again with PasirPanjangBoy and Morsels!

WGS Goes Local Again with PasirPanjangBoy and Morsels! In collaboration with the World Gourmet Summit, after a successful run and partnership with Riviera the Restaurant, PasirPanjangBoy duo Tinoq and Russell are setting their sights on another collaboration with World Gourmet Summit Partner Restaurant, Morsels!

This is a continuation of the year long event WGS Goes Local, where restaurants work with private dining chefs and create collaborations that will call into nostalgia and love for the food around us, as well as invoke a sense of curiosity and joy about what happens when cuisines, chefs and creators find common ground.

Let the PasirPanjangBoy private chefs work their charm in Peranakan flavours and sensibilities with the creativity and innovation of Chef Petrina Loh at Morsels. Start off with nibbles like the Ajitsuke Tamago Quail Egg paired with sambal tumis kakimochi and the Iberico Pork Jowl Ngoh Hiang accompanied with Habenero chilli chuka. Small plates like the Hokkaido Scallop are infused with South East Asian flavours like Laksa, done in a ceviche, or Batalle Spanish Pork Belly with Buak keluak. Enjoy your main: Jack's Creek Black Angus beef short rib rendang with nasi kunyit, nasi bunga telang, and sweet potato leaf. End off the meal with a sweetness you only feel when you eat at your Nyonya grandmother's dinner table, with fusion desserts like the coconut panna cotta with salted gula Melaka, using some of PPB’s homegrown pandan and Morsel’s own infused rum!

Prices per menu start at $188++ per person, with an added $98++ per person for one with sake pairing, and $10 from each dinner menu purchased will be donated to the Foodbank Singapore!
