What do Electrolux Professional and Chef Alain Ducasse have in common? They’re both legends in the respective fields of kitchen equipment and culinary arts, they demand perfection and high standards in anything that has their name on it, and they will soon be working together for their next collaboration: a long term partnership agreement with École Ducasse - Paris Campus, the new flagship of worldwide school of reference in the culinary and pastry arts educations.
The school, as founded by Chef Ducasse, will be enjoying the benefits of the established relationship with Chef Ducasse and Electrolux Professional, as their professional kitchen solutions can be seen in prestigious projects across the globe such as the electric boat-restaurant Ducasse su Seine, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, Macauu, Esterre at Palace Hotel Tokyo and Beige in Tokyo. The Paris campus, will occupy a purpose-built, 5,000 square meter facility, set to become the global standard for training in culinary and pastry arts equipped with state of the art Electrolux Professional kitchen equipment. This includes several Molteni stoves, rotisseries, and the therma line cooking range.
