Nouri is presenting Mooncakes this Mid-Autumn Festival!
With help from Minerva Passions, the Nouri team, led by Chef Ivan Brehm, is making mooncakes with four distinctive flavours to bring the best of these all-natural ingredients, using crossroads cooking. The result? One of the best mooncakes in town!
They’re offering flavours like A Little Eggsighted (premium white lotus paste coupled with a golden egg yolk), Are you Nuts ( an earthy orchestra of almonds, walnuts, white sesame, sunflower seeds, melon seeds and pine nuts), The Moonshot (Inspired by the Middle Eastern confectionery dessert Halva, the black sesame paste is blended with Bronte pistachios and candied orange) and Love is Everywhere (packed with aromatic almond lotus paste, generous bits of Chinese almonds, salted sakura cherry blossoms, peach and apricot slices.)
