Celebrate the Annual Venetian Festival with OSO’s special 4-Course Menu! The annual Venetian festival is held in cities in Europe to celebrate the 17th century in Venice, Italy. The celebrations are made up of food, costumes, masks, music, theatre, juggling and other spectacles. On the other side of the world, here in the little red dot, OSO Ristorante will commemorate the special event with an exclusive 4 course menu!



This 4-course menu will be available at an affordable price of SGD58++, and will feature antipasti like gratinated beef tenderloin carpaccio with black pepper capers, or poached and deboned sardine salad with ‘Seapece’ vegetables. For pasta, guests can choose between penne pasta with bacon pancetta, or the angel hair pasta with gragnano. Secondo will give guests three choices of delectable proteins – the New Zealand king salmon pan-fried, braised beef short rib served deboned or the slow cooked pork belly ‘kurobuta’. The menu will then end of with desserts like ice-cream & sherbet, white chocolate mousse & caramelized red-wine strawberry, or 1956 recipe mascarpone cheese ‘tiramisu’ cake with espresso coffee, biscuits and cacao.


Besides the delectable cuisine, there will also be a special selection of Italian wines by the glass to celebrate the momentous occasion. The wines are selected to be paired with the individual courses and will include sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, dessert wine and even Italian beer. All these glasses are available at an affordable price of just SGD10++ per glass, perfect for celebrating without breaking the bank.
