Welcoming March's Restaurant Promotions at the WGS!

Welcoming March's Restaurant Promotions at the WGS! The World Gourmet Summit 2020 reveals its most exciting Act yet as we are one more month closer to the main events in April.  The team behind WGS are working to bring the best of Singapore’s culinary excellence. Here are some of the cuisines that testify just how Act III of the WGS is a global extravaganza!

Pasta Bar

1 – 7 March 2020 | Sunday – Saturday

To the team at Pasta Bar, nothing is more Italian and satisfactory than a bowl of pasta. Thus, Pasta Bar has created a space where anyone could enjoy a pasta dish, in the best way possible.

Pasta is handmade fresh every day, using a variety of semolina and ‘00’ flours combined with whole eggs, egg yolks and water or a varying combination of these ingredients depending on the required texture, bite and intended use of the pasta, providing a different eating experience with any dish served at Pasta Bar.

It’s just a sign of how much love goes into creating every dish at the Italian restaurant, and every experience at the Pasta Bar is an experience of love.

Binomio Spanish Restaurante

8 - 14 March 2020 | Sunday – Saturday

In Binomio Spanish Restaurante, elevating Spanish food to fine dining is the work of Chef Gonzalo Landin and Restaurant Manager Eduardo Ortega, and in the cosy corner of Tanjong Pagar, fine dining is at your doorstep. If that isn’t to your fancy, the bar is there for more casual encounters, and you can drink and laugh with friends while eating the best of tapas.

Dine on dishes like paella, sweetbread, and more when you eat at Binomio, where the table setting is always awaiting you. Binomio Spanish Restaurante is the ideal place for a variety of occasions, celebrating special occasions, or for formal gatherings for business deals.

Their goal? Introducing the best of Persian cuisine and culture to more people in Singapore.

it helps that the space is wonderfully rustic and scenic: the semi-alfresco area is full of shaded, the outdoor area by the river is lively and romantic. The bar area is intimate, with eight bar seating. And for those looking for a private, yet bigger affair? Their private dining area fits twenty-six guests with long and grand dining set up.
