Toss your way into a prosperous year with Po Hei ($68 for 2 to 4 guests / $88 for 4 to 6 guests), Po’s version of 'Yu Sheng' featuring their signature Barramundi Salad - a tangy and tart raw fish salad, complemented with champagne jelly, flax seed and candied walnuts.Other specials include the ever-popular and flavourful Silk Hen Broth ($12 per person), the decadent King Crab Carrot Cake ($20) best enjoyed with Po’s homemade XO chili sauce and the Sea Treasure Tofu ($28) comes with generous servings of Alaskan king crab and wild tiger prawns that counter the richness of the sauce with a tinge of sweetness.

Chef Damian D’Silva relates Chinese New Year as time spent with Grandma to feed the family. This year at Kin, he and his team are ushering good fortune with Kin's Lo Hei ($88 for 4 guests and $188 for 10 guests), using Japanese yellowtail, shredded white radish, carrot twirls, fresh pomelo pulp and golden crackers. Other menu highlights include The Five Blessings” like Garam Assam, Snapper Hati Babi Bungkus and Buah Keluak Baby Tulang.
