To usher in the year of the rat, Carousel has specially designed the Wonderland Prosperity Yusheng that has been reinterpreted to tell the story of a garden mouse. The mouse, aptly named Jin (which means gold in Mandarin) is dressed in gold flakes and will present his favourites (mostly fresh ingredients found in the garden) in this Yusheng.

Guests can find ingredients like pomelo, crispy enoki mushrooms, abalone slices, ikura roe and even cheese popcorn in the Wonderland Prosperity Yusheng! This is perfect for families with young children as well, as they would definitely enjoy Jin and his favourite snack.

Besides the Yusheng offerings, Carousel will be celebrating the New Year with dishes like creamy pumpkin soup with black garlic, smoked Alaskan crab & crispy scallops and baked halibut fillet with herbal sauce! Each dish is luxurious, flavourful and will definitely wow everyone in the family!
