Housed in the formidable Macalister Mansion Penang, Restaurant Blanc, formerly known as the Dining Room, has undergone a facelift and was relaunched in June 2019. The restaurant seats 42, with an elegant ambience that is the perfect setting for a delightful dining experience.
The dishes are prepared using the finest ingredients, with the unique cooking techniques and creativity of the chefs that enhances the texture and flavours of the dishes. Guests can expect an impressive range of appetizers to the mains like lobster, scallop, fish, lamb, Australian Wagyu beef to be paired with premium wine from France, Italy, Spain and Australia.
