Medici Ermete is a top lambrusco producer, and their Quercioli is a fine example of what they’re all about. Made with lambrusco salamino and lambrusco marani grapes, and a product of natural fermentation, it’s a lightly sparkling sweet red wine with the typical fruity notes one enjoys with a Lambrusco Reggiano. Try this one with pizza.
