Catching the seasons at Shun Ka Shuu Tou

Produced by Zaccagini, an international recognised vineyard in the Abruzzi region of Italy, this wine is produced using one hundred percent Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. Ludovic Petrow, sales manager for Time & Flow Champagne, complimented the wine on its expressive nose of candied fruits, while Fabian Schenk, general manager of Open Farm Community, praised the wine for its round, textured nouthfeel, as well as its flavours of raspberry and yam, as well as its hints of mint, tomato and basil. However, Stephanie Rigourd, wine director for The Raffles Hotel Singapore was more critical of the wine, lambasting the wine as diluted and weak, with a poor structure.
