An Italian Wine Pairing Dinner
 Monti's own Executive Chef Emanuele Faggi took the opportunity to showcase some of his culinary creativity in a 4 course menu last week, working together with Mediterranean fine wines and foods importer Amphora’s founder and head sommelier Giovanni Lombardo to curate a menu of dishes with fine wine pairings, all from different parts of Italy and imbued with different tastes of the regions.


The dinner took the time to explore different regions of Italy, with wines curated not just by Mr Lombardo, but also brand ambassadors Luisa Gallo, Nicolo Corvetti of GB Export, and Marco Sera, representing Barolo wines from the region of Piedmonte of Josetta Saffiro Wines.



Through the night, the 4 ambassadors took the opportunity to share with the exclusive dinner party the diversity of the wines as grown in the different regions of Italy, while paired with the delicious food as created by Chef Faggi for this exclusive night.
