Violet Oon invites you to a slice of her home when you purchase her new line of sauces and sambals. Made in small batches with homemade techniques and fresh ingredients, these condiments will easily remind you of home when you pair it up with your favourite local dish!
The line includes Sambal Bajak and Goreng Chilli, crowd favourites at Violet Oon restaurants, as well as sauces like Violet Oon Chilli Sauce and Premium Soya Sauce.

Lively and piquant, the VO Chilli Sauce is made with fresh red hot bird's eye chilli peppers and freshly squeezed lime juice for a balanced bouquet of heat and tanginess, while the Premium Soya Sauce is naturally brewed with non-GMO soybeans of the highest quality, free from MSG, preservatives, additional colouring or flavouring. These items can be enjoyed over simple stir-frys or share it over hearty conversations and some grilled meat. Both items also make great dipping sauces, together or on their own.
Goreng Chilli is a fiery, fragrant chilli relish made with roughly chopped fresh chillis and spicy garlic in chilli oil, while the Sambal Bajak is an arrestingly spicy, chunky chilli relish flavoured with belacan, a fermented shrimp paste packed with flavour.
You can enjoy the condiments by themselves as dipping sauces at home with dishes, or at any of the Violet Oon Singapore restaurants.
