On 18 October, The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts will be welcoming a new member to the family: The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.

This will be the first of the Singaporean brand's expansion overseas, and to mark the occasion, The Fullerton Hotels Singapore will be presenting a showcase of Australian food and wine across several of its outlets. This also includes a specially created cocktail, the Sydney Sling: a uniquely Australian cocktail featuring the distinctive flavours of the country. The drink uses Four Pillars Gin 58.8 and Tamborine Mountain Distillery’s hibiscus and ginger liqueur as its base.
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore's very own Town Restaurant will be commemorating the occasion with its Aussie-themed all-you-can-eat buffet fittingly named “A Taste of Australia”. This will be featuring a stunning showcase of top shelf Australian meats and seafood, such as fresh Australian Mussels, Hamilton Hill Sea Scallops, Brangus Beef Wellington, Fresh Verbena Oven Baked Barramundi, Coffee Dash Australian Pork Rib and Slow-Braised Australian Lamb Shoulder.Australian Barbeque will also be featured on Friday and Saturday nights where a sumptuous Aussie barbecue showcase featuring the likes of Grilled Lobster, Rum and Coke BBQ Pork Ribs and Aussie Ribeye Steak with Herb Butter.
The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore's La Brasserie and Lantern, on the other hand, will be showcasing Australian beef to their highest effect. Tuck into the Wagyu Beef Burger paired with Gruyère cheese, caramelized onions and served with house fries; classic Steak and Frites comprising 220g of Australian Wagyu beef entrecote; and Grilled Cote de Boeuf, 500g of premium Australian Rib-eye on the Bone, basted in thyme butter.
