CÉ LA VI's Singapore's F1 Night Race Week Celebrations is Raring to Go!

CÉ LA VI is presenting a lively line up of DJs and events at the Club Lounge alongside a special menu on offer at the Restaurant in conjunction wiith Singapore's F1 Night Race Week 2019.
Kicking off on 18 September with exclusive night race week set menu and culminating with the Electronic day party Soularium on 22 September, CÉ LA VI will keep the celebrations going with unforgettable experiences throughout Singapore’s biggest weekend. This will include a specially curated lunch and dinner set menu by CÉ LA VI’s Chef De Cuisine Joeri Timmermans from 16th to the 20th September, to special sets helmed by guest DJs.
Enjoy menu items such as the Burrata with marinated tomatoes, wakame oil dressing and chrysanthemum garnish, Pan Seared Turbot dressed in Kombu butter and served with green asparagus and the Black Market Rib Eye with a Shiso vinegar glaze and fresh green Kampot pepper, and desserts choices such as Prickly Pear with refreshing granita and sorbet.
Lunch set: Two-course menu for S$78++ with wine pairings for an additional S$68++, or three-course menu for S$98++ with wine pairings for an additional S$88++.
Dinner: Five-course menu priced at S$198++ or S$298++ for an eight-course menu, with wine pairings at an additional S$128++ and S$168++ respectively.
