Catch Chef Roy Brett at the World Gourmet Summit this October! Ever had a Scottish dinner in Singapore? Chef Roy Brett, the Chef-Proprietor of Ondine UK will be making a special guest appearance at Grand Hyatt Singapore on the 11th of October 2019 to cook a special Scottish dinner using sustainably-sourced ingredients.

Chef Brett has won many accolades during his culinary journey. He was awarded The Good Food Guideā€™s Scottish Restaurant of the Year in 2010, Chef of the Year and the food prize at the Spirit of Scotland Awards.
