With mid-autumn festival approaching, you will be able to find mooncakes everywhere! But how often will find unique flavours like chendol, salted egg yolk or even the savoury roast duck? Here are some places that are serving up some crazy flavours that you will not be able to find elsewhere.

1. Yan Ting at The St. Regis Singapore

Making its debut at Yan Ting at The St. Regis Singapore is the chendol paste with melon seeds snow skin mooncake (SGD76 for box of 8). Wrapped in a visually appealing jade-marbled skin, this locally inspired chendol mooncake features lotus paste exuding robust flavours of aromatic coconut and gula melaka, complete with bits of melon seeds for a wonderful crunch.
