In an exclusive one-night-only affair that will be held on the 4th September 2019, Salt Grill & Sky Bar will be presenting a wine dinner featuring the wines of New Zealand's most prestigious winemaker, Te Mata Estate.
These acclaiamed wines will be paired alongside the best of Australian produce as Head Chef Jake Kowalewski of Salt Grill & Sky Bar will create a four-course menu meant to tantalize and delight the tastebuds. With dishes like the Geraldton Kingfish with Yarra Valley salmon pearl, avocado cream, white soy, and herb oil; the Free Range Egg Pappardelle with uni cream and avruga caviar; the Cape Grim Tenderloin and Textures of Chocolate, with salted coffee and vanilla creme fraiche as dessert, the menu will be paired with lovely wines such as the Te Mata Elston Chardonnay 2017, the Te Mata Pinot Noir 2017, and the Te Mata's Coleraine 2016 and Bullnose Syrah 2016.
The Te Mata Estate wine dinner presented by Salt grill & Sky bar is priced at $150 nett per person for the four-course wine dinner.
