With well-loved Sichuan specialties that emphasize heavily on garlic and chilli peppers, busk in the unique flavours of the Sichuan pepper that features dominantly on the buffet menu. Dishes like the Cold Chicken in Red Chilli Oil, Chong Qing Baked Seabass, Fish Fillet with Pickled Mustard Greens are some of the few dishes to enjoy, and the buffet selection is further complemented with refreshing treats to neutralise the spiciness including Silky Beancurd with Beancurd Skin and Mango Sago with Pomelo.
