Guests visiting Pan Pacific Singapore are invited to traverse the world at the newly redesigned dinner buffet at Edge. Drawing inspiration from
Asia and the Pacific, Edge features a selection of global flavours in ten culinary theatres. The redesigned dinner buffet showcases teams of master chefs preparing food items before the guests’ eyes with various à la minute creations.
This includes the addition of two new cuisines making a debut in the restaurant, including Thai and Korean cuisine, which have stations at the buffet. Guests who have a love for spicy, sweet, savoury and tangy cuisine will rejoice when they savour an array of Thai specialties infused with traditional herbs and spices including Tom Saap (Thai White Tom Yum Soup), Pad Kra Pow (Stir-fried Holy Basil Minced Pork), Barbecued Giant Pla Meuk (Barbecued Squid), Pla Ka Pong Neng Ma Nao (Lime Garlic Steamed Fish) and Yum Woon Sen (Seafood Glass Noodle Salad).
Other dishes also include Lobsters, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Tom Saap (Thai White Tom Yum Soup), Galbi Jjim (Soy Braised Beef Ribs), Lok-Lok (Skewered Delights), Singapore Chilli Crab with Deep-fried Golden Buns and Ma La Xiang Guo (Spicy Stir-fried Vegetables and Meat in Szechuan Style). Round off the meal at the dessert station featuring a chocolate fountain and a delectable display of cakes, pastries, soufflés, ice creams and other sweet treats.
Dinner is available daily from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, at SGD78 per adult and SGD39 per child on Mondays and Tuesday, SGD88 per adult and SGD44 per child from Wednesdays to Sundays.
