Morton’s The Steakhouse in Singapore has been in Singapore since 1998, and to commemorate it’s 21st anniversary in Singapore, Morton’s took the opportunity to invite friends and supporters to their 21st Anniversary Party.
Held at The Bar at Morton’s, the anniversary party was an event not to be forgotten, with elegant showgirls welcoming guests into the circular bar that was The Bar at Morton’s. Guests dined on a spread of the best Morton's had to offer, whichc included their signature prime-rib, fresh seafood, and a spread of cheeses and bread.
To celebrate their 21st annivesary party, Morton's introduced their new limited edition seasional menu that celebrates the flavours of summer: with flavours that remind you of the sweetness of summer, the cheery goodness of the sun, and the bright colours of the season. Menu items include Strawberry, Arugula and Goat Cheese Salad, which pairs strawberries,cheese, fresh arugula, candied pecans and a refreshing minted Greek yogurt dressing; Nueske’s Bacon Stea, Morton's signature bacon steak that comes with new sweet flavours that provide a kick, thanks to their rich, sweet soy caramel sauce with five spice powder, cracked five-peppercorn and soy sauce, all working together with the pork's saltiness.
Guests of Morton's steaks and prime cuts of meat will not be disappointed: the new seasonal menu also features the Prime New York Steak Flight
which features three different medallions of steak. Guests can eat Certified Black Angus All-Natural, USDA Prime and Snake River Farm Premium Wagyu Strip steaks, paired with an irresistible blue cheese fondue. Guests can also try Bone-in Filet Mignon, with the bone left in to give the meat extra flavour.
