Huber’s Butchery will be conducting cooking classes to show how you too can create Swiss food.
It’s a rare opportunity to learn from owner and Chairman of the Huber’s team, Mr Ernst Huber, who will be leading the classes through creating a 5 course Swiss meal. Learn how to create Barley Soup, Grison-style; or Sliced Veal, Zurich-style, in a two-hour class at their Gourmet Cooking Studio in Huber’s Butcher.
A registration fee of $55 will be charged per head, and attendees will be entitled to a $25 Huber’s Butchery voucher during the class. No refund of registration fee will occur for members who do not show up and students who do not attend the class will not be issued the voucher. Students who wish to purchase a seat at the classes will be advised there will be no cancellation or rescheduling of classes.
