Chef Martin Rebaudino is the Executive Chef of Roux, which was awarded no.27 within the list of the ‘Best 50 Restaurants in Latin America’ awarded by the San Pellegrino Guide and no. 4 within the Argentina Republic in 2013.
From 24-27 April 2019, Chef Rebaudino would be visiting Singapore for the World Gourmet Summit. To showcase his roots, Chef Rebaudino will present a six-course menu together with Chef Paul Hallett of SKAI. Additionally, a “Special Guest Chef” would be demonstrating an Argentinian dish – none other than Ambassador of Argentina, His Excellency Federico Barttfeld.
