The New Face of Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar has been presenting delectable French wines with hearty European gourmet offferings since 2017 to gourmands and oenophiles. This March, Ginett welcomes French-born sommelier Ms Justine Le Merle, who will be the new Operations Manager and resident sommelier.

To kickstart her time here with Ginett, Ms Justine will be conducting a series of wine workshops - the first starting on 16 March where she will be introducing an the highly coveted wine blend in the world, Bordeaux wines to guests. Picking the perfect bottle form the largest controlled wine growing region in France and home to over 10,000 producers is no easy feat. Ms Justine will narrow it down to five prized bottles - each of varying terroirs, regions, châteaux and vintages

Along with the new sommelier, Ginett will also be bringing back the Goût de France menu that celebrates the best of French gastronomy paired with French wines specially curated by Ms Justine.

From now till 31 March 2019, guests can eat and drink their way through France in a three-course menu with wine pairing.Guests can expect dishes such as gin-cured salmon with horseradish cream or slow-cooked duck breast with lentils and spring vegetables. The menu is available at Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar at SGD55 ++ (three-course) and SGD80++ (three-course with wine pairings) per person.
