Michelin Announces 2019 Stars For Hong Kong And Macau

The French tire company has announced its 2019 selection for Hong Kong and Macau. Among the selection, there were six restaurants that earned their first Michelin star: Arbon and Belon, Guo Fu Lou, New Punjab Club, Octavium, and Xin Rong Ji. Four new two-star restaurants were also added: Ecriture, Takashi Saito's Sushi Saito, Ying Jee Club, and Alain Ducasse restaurant at the Morpheus hotel in Macau. Two new restaurants were awarded three Michelin stars: Caprice in Hong Kong and Jade Dragon in Macau.
The full litte red guide contains a total of 82 starred recommendations, including 10 three-starred restaurants, 17 two-starred restaurants, and 55 one-starred restaurants across the two cities.
