As a continuation into the next chapter of the World Gourmet Summit (WGS) and the new-and-improved World Gourmet Awards (WGA), this Tuesday's press conference carried on our long history of repute by bringing together Singapore's F&B finest! Held at Food Exchange, Novotel On Stevens, the grand event featured a brief reveal of the Summit's directions next year: and showcased the talents of renowned hotels through a cooking demo featuring the use of the U.S. Dairy Export Council's
premium cheeses under the theme of Nanyang 凤 with a Cheesy Twist.
