Norway triumphs at the 15th Bocuse D’or; Team USA breaks into top 3

The teams from Norway and Sweden placed 1st and 3rd respectively, and they’ve been there before. The American team, led by Phillip Tessier (The French Laundry) and mentored by top chefs Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud, ended a 14-year medal-less slump by winning the silver.
