 What started out as a chef's newsletter before 1996 has since become Cuisine & Wine Asia (CW Asia). It is the leading magazine in Asia for culinary professionals and the foodservice industry. The bi-monthly was conceived in order to strengthen communication among the chefs and food and beverage professionals in Asia.
CW Asia is published by Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd (PKH), a company born out of one man's deep desire to channel 25 years' worth of food and beverage knowledge towards building a complete one-stop solution centre for all food, beverage and hospitality concept needs.
