Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd (PKH) is a company born out of one man's deep desire to channel 25 years worth of food and beverage knowledge towards building a complete one-stop solution centre for all food, beverage and hospitality concept needs. With a dedicated team of industry specialists supporting him, Peter A. Knipp set out in 1996 to establish his company as a leading F&B consultancy in the region and has since worked with some of the world's top companies to generate creative concepts like no other.

The annual World Gourmet Summit, jointly organised by PKH and the Singapore Tourism Board is a trademark of the company and continues to grow in size and stature. A consistent stream of multi-award winning international chefs and winemakers arrive each year to offer gastronomy at its best to guests in Singapore.

What started out as a chef's newsletter before 1996 has since become The New Asia Cuisine and Wine Scene (CW), Asia's foremost professional publication for the F&B industry. In addition to this bi-monthly publication, PKH also produces a host of other communication tools that support various food and beverage operations and related companies.

A rapidly growing IT division of PKH has reached new heights with the launch of BytesAsia.com Pte Ltd, a fully independent company spawned by PKH that began years ago as the Internet culinary information portal known as asiacuisine.com. Apart from web development, the new company offers comprehensive IT solutions for modern F&B and hospitality business.
